I'd love to live in a 1 bed (on my own). It's just so insanely expensive. Even looking out into shitty bits in zone 3 doesn't seem realistic.
Have been doing shares with randoms or mates for the last 6 years. With mates they can either be great or ruin the social elements of your friendship, and with randoms can be incredible or terrible.
