Has google changed its mapping?
It looks different -

Don't like it.
I'll get used to it.
Don't change it back.
It's grown on me now, brilliant.
Looking dated already, so last week. -

Does anyone know how to stop CTRL-ENTER sending a fucking email in Gpileofshitmail?
No, I don't want to remap keys or any shit like that. Yes, I do want google to fix this and this is just a whinge.

Fingers too big to not hit ctrl whilst hitting enter?
-
• #140
I rapidly flick between screens and shit, copying and pasting bollocks (yes, literally... no not really literally) as I go. My old keyboard sometimes fails on the odd keypress so the CTRL V I intended becomes a CTRL ENTER. Anyway this is besides the point - why if Keyboard Shortcuts are disabled does CTRL ENTER still send a fucking email?

Settings>Labs>Custom keyboard shortcuts.
-
• #142
There's no Labs tab. It's a shared mailbox - perhaps they remove it?

Dunno then I'm afraid.

I love that function, often try to do it when I post here and elsewhere!

Definitely annoying. Intentional or not the comments to that have echoes of the best/worst of YouTube's. Not all its videos show the new format, such as those with no recent comments. There's no chance at all Google will swap back though.

Worth going through this https://www.google.com/settings/dashboard every now and again to get rid of old stuff.

Judith Vidal-Hall, one of the claimants suing Google, said: "Google is very much here in the UK. It has a UK specific site. It has staff here. It sells adverts here. It makes money here. It is ludicrous for it to claim that, despite all of this very commercial activity, it won't answer to our courts.
Yes but google doesn't pay tax here so that's ok. Perhaps the trial should be in an Irish court
