Even was very cautious, when stopping and looking at the map - as soon there's someone near you - they will try to kill you. Tried to do a mission, the one where you need to steal a car, repaint and then bring it to Simeon unscratched, done all that, was in front of the gates, about to complete the job, when some cunt bombed me for no reason.

Should be ok now that half-term is over, maybe? I dunno. Finally got around to finishing Blood Dragon over the weekend and now feel like having another pass at Far Cry 3.

Played a little GTA at the weekend, mostly bounty hunting in a heli. Easy money and people struggle to chase/ shoot you down.

Played more DOTA 2 at the weekend

Considering there was so much trouble with GTAO at the start what with millions of people trying to play at the same time, it feels kind of dead now.

Whenever I play the lobby is barely half full and its pretty much impossible to start a mission as no one else will join.

The only thing that seems to work is 'Criminal Records' because everyone wants to level up fast.

Anyone else have this problem?

I can count on one hand the amount of times non-LoFGSS crew members have joined missions that I have tried to start, which is why I nearly always end up doing them on my own.

I've had several missions ruined by people joining then doing eveything they can to stop the mission from being completed which is also annoying as it's a complete waste of my limited playing time.

It is fun most of the time though, esp if you can get a few mission going in a row with forum types.

Yeah, the best times have been when playing with LFGSS crew members or getting with a group of randoms who seem to want to play properly and do a few different missions in a row. Both rare though...

@philxthomas - Have you tried switching sessions from the 'Online' menu. When I have been on a server with just 3 players I have switched session to a more populated one.

@IAmNotARobot - yeah there are some real dicks on the server - but if you report them then they will be flagged and put into sessions with other dicks.

You are right though it is a lot more smoother since the launch, I have not seen any numbers for GTA:O about player population. With CoD out today I think at least some numbers will drop.

Oh must remember to join the crew as I'm now online. Played about 2 mins the other day and it seemed fun but woudl be better if I was with a group keen on achieving the same objective.

Just ordered a PS4 killzone bundle, the shop said I might be able to collect it on the 28th, can't wait!

U mad bro? BO2 multiplayer is best yet. Just had a quick half hour on ghosts multiplayer, seems ok but a bit underwhelmed after being excited all day. Probably just need to get into it

Yeah I think I'll give COD a miss. Probably grab battlefield at some point though. Apart from GTA most of the games seem quite underwhelming at the moment.

I've just got black ops one. Enjoying it. But then only got my PS3 a fortnight ago. So I'm getting all the games second hand for fuck all on ebay. Completed Uncharted 2, halfway through 3. Brilliant. Virtua Tennis and SSX appeared in the post today. Pretty bummed that SSX is only 1 player though.

I'm still waiting for my GTA:O request to be approved.

Yep, £500k. Bought an apartment with 10 car garage and a Feltzer (i think that's what it was called - looks like a beefed up Merc) with the change.

Also bought a Los Santos Customs branch to get free car mods.

Yawwwn...I used to enjoy the spray and pray tactic of MW and then the 2nd one came along and it was cool mp45'ing everyone to oblivion, then it just turned into a quickscoping infestation and nothing's changed much since then. How much has the MP evolved that it warrants spending 50quid on it?

I have day one edition w/ Fifa reserved but really am not sure any more. The news coming out about the differences between PS4 / Xbox One aren't looking great. However, about 75% (maybe more) of my friends who own consoles currently own 360s
