    TW2 was obviously playing a joke on anyone stupid enough to try posting their password.

    This joke, while it may not have originated on an IRC channel, was definitely immortalised by a website called bash.org. This site was where anyone who saw something said in their channel that they felt the whole world needed to appreciate, could submit it for acceptance. Said joke made it in to the top 100 "quotes" on bash.org and there it has remained for a long, long time.

    Hence me posting, "classic bash". As in, "a classic post from bash.org".

    Alternatively you probably know all this and were making another joke that has gone totally over my head...
