Went for a 5k run after work, pushed a bit as I wanted to go to the fireworks afterward.
Average heart rate was just under 170 bpm for the five and a half km.
Running up and over Honour Oak saw my heart rate climb to over 180 and a feeling as-if there was a belt around my chest, restricting my ability to inflate my lungs came over me.
I ran through it, and it faded as I started running down the far side of the hill.
I believe that I'd run past my ability to exercise aerobically - is this what the belt was, simply being unable to take in enough oxygen, or was it something else?
