It showed the MTP/PTP dropdown the first time I plugged it into my Win7 machine but never showed a drive on the PC. Tried a bunch of stuff on that machine with no success. Tried it on Win8 laptop with no success. Tried both these machines with different cables, no success. Tried work Win7 machine, no success. Tried other work Win7 machine, no success. Tried Mac laptop, no success Full factory reset, working now on Win7 machine. So, there's serious issues if this thing gets its knickers in a twist and needs a factory reset to ever mount the drive again.
