Moderators (requests and notices)

Not a fan of the live updates, but a subtle indicator near the top that, when you click it, opens a later listing new stuff... that would be ok.

Well, live updates much like the way Twitter does it... show that there are updates and when you click to confirm you want to see them we show you them.

That's at the single-stream level, the spy page is stream aggregation and I find it less useful than the non-live New Posts page.
