  • Why is being a reactive substance a good thing in your eyes? (don't put it in your eyes) That just means it isn't stable for long, and becomes something else depending on what it's in contact with, what it becomes can also be pretty bad. There is plenty of chlorine floating about in water where it's less harmful, good for keeping the piss in swimming pools bearable, but pouring it onto a court and then washing or sweeping it to the edge in a reasonably concentrated amount where there is probably plant life and a bunch of horrible insects would not be good. The amount of chlorine in swimming pools needs to be closely monitored and it's massively more dilute than it would be if you were trying to kill moss with it.
