Is the aero-nose within uci-restrictions and are the chainstays a little too beefywide so pedal/spider strike will be an issue on some setups?
It complies to UCI regulations according to their site and a lot of modern carbon frames have the wide chainstays. I read on here that the ADR Nero doesn't work well with Campagnolo cranks, but that doesn't concern me as I use 165mm Sugino or Sram cranks anyway.
