Proper leather shoes

My old MD had to take a pair back to the Grenson shop at Liverpool st. He had to properly make his case as they were reluctant to take them back, but after some discussion they did.

They were an impulse purchase from a retailer which had a branch near work. They exchanged them without quibble, and assured me I could have my money back if it happens again.
