Royce or Victoire if you insist on pissing away money for no good reason, but Novatec will do the job just as well. Upgrade to SKF E2 bearings if you want that last fraction of a Watt indoors.

Also I'm going to build road carbon clinchers. Would DT Swiss 240s (20/28h)be a good idea?
