Looking to build a set of carbon tubs, using chinese carbon rims. Was looking at the hubs and so far the only option is a pair of phil woods, but they only have a set of 20h in black. Ideally it would be 20/24h. Any suggestions?

Royce or Victoire if you insist on pissing away money for no good reason, but Novatec will do the job just as well. Upgrade to SKF E2 bearings if you want that last fraction of a Watt indoors.
