  • Who roasted it and how are you brewing it? It's mostly expensive because it's rare, not because it'll necessarily blow your mind. Although roasted and brewed nicely it should be delicious. I've only had one amongst a cupping, think it was by Kappa or someone who also had some Esmerelda last year... Really remember the bergamot, it was up there with the best Yirgacheffes.

    It's supposed to be called Gesha because that's where it's from, but the word has evolved to Geisha because it sounds fucking fancy. There's a name for words that have changed like this, anyone help me out?
