Dremeled it 'by eye' tonight. Seems like a lot of material to take out of something where the structure is fairly important. Might treat myself to an OCP3 only ring at some point just for the reassurance value.
P2M, Rotor 3Ds and new bottom bracket all fitted and ready to go, which was much more than I expected to get done in one evening. The bike just needs a wash now!
