Letting people under freshly storm damaged trees is also asking for trouble and councils/public bodies have been sued by the families of people who have been killed by falling trees/branches before. It's one thing if it's random, if there's just been a big storm it would look pretty negligent.

And a tree down on top of a car a bit later on. Lots of tree debris in the roads around Victoria Park.
