I've got a Pro Carbon with an odd Ultegra/XT mixed groupset. I like it - it's light, it's stiff, and the only problem I've had is a touch of fork flutter at speeds of over 50mph.
While the Planet X is only old-school 10 speed Ultegra rather than 11 speed, that's reflected in the price. One of my clerks got the Ultegra model you've linked to, on my recommendation, as his first proper road bike and he loves it. It's fantastic value for money, and in my book would be worth upgrading in the future.
