I remember thinking the same thing. Rejoust is pointless IMO. Much better to just keep shouting 'gooooooolden goaaaaal' over and over, and anticipatory 'ooooooo.....OOOOOOO......OOOOHHH's to the build up to any subsequent attempt on goal.
Then start heckling when golden goal lasts for more than five minutes.
