Bike fit / correct riding position

The top of the plumb line (as far as I understand) should be originating from the bony protrusion below the kneecap.
Also, do you have an inline post or one with layback?

It's a layback already. Hmm... perhaps change it for something with a lot more layback? Would be cheaper than a new frame. But where would I find that?
