Mechanics love cyclists who try stuff em selfs and as for jan behind the counter, he don't need to make new friends, what do you expect from a shop such as BLB if you go in lacking knowledge but want a bike like everyone else in hackney. They havnt got time to sit an explain everything, Do your research first or go to halfords!!

See this attitude is the reason that people hate BLB, as for mechanics hating 'newbs' that's a whole load of bullshit, you were a newb at one point even if that was back in 2007 or whenever you claim you started riding track bikes, with that attitude you show it's no wonder people think you work in BLB.
