Nice. I didn't have the balls to go fluro when I got my pair. Enjoy the pain; as well as the calves, my arches get a sweet burn from actually doing a bit of work for a change. It's not an unpleasant sensation by any means...

I dunno. The fluoro ones looked the part to me. kinda fitted in with the whole space age design. Plus the brighter the shoe, the faster the shoe. I have shit taste though.

The US site I bought them from did an advance customs calc and charge, which should speed things along. Could maybe have saved on tax and had them delivered to the UK. But I have a mountain of bike stuff waiting there, to be explained away when I go there with Mrs Smallfurry.

I run in the woods behind my house. You cant really land on your heel there as its all rocks and roots. So my calfs get a beasting doing that. Plus my regular sunday 420 step climb. Still, I think there is probably a lot of remaining potiental for suffering.
