hugo - I'm after boots that workmen use (but I won't be doing workmen work in them) something similar to Redwings.
There were some nice Filson x Wolverine 1000 Mile in Son of Stag but I've got a new bike in the pipeline so couldn't justify the money.
I think I'm going to order these from the US and hope they fit, for £130 they are significantly cheaper than similar alternatives so worth a punt.
The white sole will probably go down like a lead balloon on here but I can't find anything I like with a commando sole and leather soles are way too proper for what I want.
