Haven't run since the Great North Run. Hips still clicky when I walk, although pain is mostly gone. Also hardly been on the bike. Working too much, sleeping too little, not eating right. Now have a grotty cold that I can't shake. Moving house tomorrow, then going to Abu Dhabi for work for a few days. Routine non-existent. Feeling sluggish and grim. Once all this is out of the way I need to roller the crap out of my thighs and stretch every day, start eating properly again and get some proper sleep so I can ease back into running. Grumble, grumble, grumble...
