Just got back after 7k. Still finding my feet with midfoot striking, calves aren't as painful as previously but it's still a bit of a challenge. Want to build back up to doing 10-15k 3x a week before marathon training begins and the dark nights/weather descend upon us.
Think I'd last about 5minutes without music, no gospel unfortunately today; Weezer, Bjork and Three Trapped Tigers did the job nicely.
