  • I should have copy and pasted the info from the link to the other thread. So here it is:

    I have a bottom bracket of 119mm.
    Rear hub is 135mm.
    The cranks are an old cheapo all in one single piece, so cant move the chainring on to the outside of the spider or anything like that.

    The "line" is 9mm out. I need to push the chainset out more.

    What size bottom bracket do I need to buy to straighten it up?

    136mm seems enormous, also not sure if you can get them...

    It's just a pub bike - the crank is some NOS thing I got a while back for a tenner. Not a one piece BMX crank. Square taper iso.

    The freewheel is a BLB one.
    It's not a cassette hub, there's no movement possible of the freewheel.
    The hub is 135mm, the spacing for the hub is 135mm, everything on the frame is fine.

    The cranks needs to come 'out' another 9mm, I think the only way is a longer bottom bracket. It's a pub bike, I'm not buying new cranks for it.
