  • ^^managed a very pedestrian (25min) 5km on the treadmill yesterday without patella going for a wander. Have convinced myself that Piece of String is still a possibility on that basis. Will see how next couple of runs go and then decide - if I don't race, may well join you on the aid station.

    Good news. I enjoy reading about these mental length distance runs.
    Have you been working on knee strengthening excercises to help your issue?
