Thought nemesis were tubulars only and that these "nemesis clinchers" are a version that wheelsmith make themselves or similar ? They offer a rim called nemesis clincher atleast. Bit strange.

Yep - the rims you see are the Nemesis clincher - they are manafactured by Wheelsmith (or somone he knows) and sold - ususally as built wheels on his website. The counterweights are stamped as Ambrosio .
I bought this wheelset fully built (with record hubs) - they were from his showbike.
That's my 953 Rourke in the pic ;)
