I'm not in favour of vandalising cars- it's a sign of weakness.
If you are going to do it- do it properly, tuck some firelighters under a wheel and torch the vehicle.
Very hard to knock a cyclist off if the vehicle in question has settled into the tarmac in a ball of fire.
