  • running at just after 6am i'm finding running tights, shorts over the top, a uniqlo heattec l/s top and a technical hoody is very good for the first mile which is brass monkeys then I tend to warm up and unzip the hoody about halfway to let some air in.

    monday and today it's been just about right. I also had some merino glove liners on today but took them off pretty quickly. they definitely helped for the couple of minutes walking to the end of my road where I start my run from though.
