Looking around these look good. I like the lightweight design and 13mm stack. I've been using a combination of Asics DS Racer and Asics Kayano for the road (plus 3 pairs of trail shoes). I like to have a selection of shoes for the same reason I like a selection of bikes. I can mix things up, and always have the best tool for a given run/ride.
My kayanos feel too structured now. I've always used 'structured cushioning' shoes in the past. But over the last year I've much preferred my more flexible DS Racers. So My plan is to go with a combination of a low and light long distance shoe (mizuno wave inspire I think), and a near 'barefoot' style short distance shoe.
TLDR. Any more to add re your Skora Base shoes?
