I agree that 70 really sounds pretty cheap for that tube but is it really ?
I have no experience with buying tubes of any kind but lets say all 4 tubes for maintriangle is 70. Rear triangle another 150 or so thats 430 + lugs, lets say 150 for those. Then theres a fork as well, lets say thats another 150. That puts my uneducated guesses for material at over 700 not including any labor ofc.
Like T-V says, they would look pretty foolish if they tried to sell tubes needlessly expensive for frames that were once covered by a lifetime warranty.
Im really excited to c this completed. Its really great you decided to rescue it from an early retirement.
