  • My brother bought me a professional Retül bike fit tomorrow; I think he feels my perfect riding technique can be improved?

Despite the randomness/insult of it, thought id go along and get it officially confirmed that I hold a perfect pedal stroke.

Is there anything I should be aware of or ask particularly before hand?
All the below will apparently be covered.

    1. Physiological check – includes hamstring flexibility, leg length discrepancies, feet pronation all of which have a bearing on your comfort on the bike
    2. Cleat fitting - incorrect cleat fitting accounts for most knee issues we see.
    3. Adjustment - when we get you on the bike we will start to look at optimum measurements for saddle height, reach to the handlebars
    4. Pedalling technique – the Retul 3D analysis allows us to assess how your knees move during your pedalling action
    5. Measurement You will be provided with a report showing 17 different measurements for you bike fitting
