So the sourdough pizza finally happened after 6 days of starter prep/fermentation. It was epic!
Toppings were: pasata, basil, mushrooms, salami, gorgonzola, pinch or parmesan, chilli oil and capers for salt.
I have zero pizza shaping skills.
Loads of dough left for moar pizzas next week :D
