Yeah, a Cotic Soul
You might be able to pick a used Soul frame up then the build it up with a mixture of used and new parts. I'd be cautious about a used fork for a first build, so try to pick one up new.
What size are you? I have a load of MTB stuff I'm about to shift; 16.5" ali frame, Reba forks, SLX drivetrain...
