On the subject of double lever, the popular London mod is the obvious choice but we would need a pillar drill for the 6 or 7mm rod: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/odyssey-london-mod-cable-adapter/rp-prod45315
This is a simpler kit as we don't have to drill the rod ourselves but they do not come with barrel adjuster or the fixing bolt: http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/twin-pull-diy-cycle-brake-lever-conversion-kit-double-prod31142/
I also saw 2 double levers in Cam's spare bin at Canterbury, don't know if someone grabbed them but will pop him a PM to ask.
