only 2 ti frame makers in the uk that i know of... baldwin in yorkshire (new brand) and robin mather sown south. That and speedwell in nottingham but they are long gone sadly
met baldwin guys at the yorkshire bicycle show, they seem nice enough- am planning a visit to there workshop before christmas
