If no pain and no swelling then no reason not to race. Would expect it to be sore next morning and maybe for few day after when loaded such as down stairs.
I still have today, Thursday, Friday and Saturday to 8pm - if the pain and swelling is gone, do you think it's ok to ride? I'm skipping the bike today to give it some rest.
