When my mate recieved my BMC GF01. He showed me a youtube clip of it set up at a bikie show. They had it clamped into a machine that pushed the back wheel up and down while the reat of the bike was stationary. The travel was kinda crazy.

Cant find the clip now. Think it was french.

Yes, I've seen a similar video of Cervélo testing an R frame like that. The seat stays bent into a proper crescent shape.
