It had a massive art deco clock on the top of the stand at the old rsenal stadium

Nah, the clock stand is for grandfather aged fans like Bill.
Some of you may have heard that this year's Muddy Hell, which was scheduled for Saturday 26th October, has been cancelled...
The HHVT have decided that it'd be a great opportunity to do a bit of tidying up around the velodrome then play a bit of polo and have a bonfire party...
The plan is to get there early-ish, help out with whatever jobs need doing around the site then play some polo... A few high-octane games to show how the game can be played at the top level, some have-a-go sessions for anyone that wants to try it out and some regular throw-ins as well...
I've been asked by HH if we can help convert some of their mountain bikes into single-speed polo bikes, would some of the more mechanically minded amongst us be up for that? HH will supply the parts/bike stands and we'll do the work...
It's a great opportunity for us to all go lend a hand and have a bit of a mixer with the HH folk over a beer, a burger and a game of polo...
More details to follow as, and when, I get them... Watch this space...
Thanks!
