  • I don't know if it's such a bad decision - even Mou would have struggled to fill the gap left by Fergie, so why not stick a dour Scot who won't kick up a fuss or spend much in there for a while until they get their hands on a proper manager

    Jose wouldn't have made a mug of himself in the transfer market. Can't see him losing at home to WBA either. Utd need strengthening, everyone knew that, including Moyes. Yet through their own incompetence they only signed someone worthwhile on deadline day, on top of that they paid more than the original buy out clause was 2 weeks or so earlier.

    Call it what you like but Jose wouldn't have let that happen.
