As ever, it's the risk you're willing to take. I'm on your route in to work, and just had a bike nicked so might not be qualified to comment - but will:
Underground in Amazon's office sounds fairly safe, but there are countless stories of stuff going missing from supposedly "secure" parks - so at least 2 decent locks, but a normal + mini D will probably suffice as even the most useless security procedures should detect a bunch of thieves with bolt croppers
Bear in mind a chain is only as strong as its weakest link, so you're unlikely to get equivalent security to a D at the same or even similar price>
So -
buy the best D lock you can afford/think you need. Use in conjunction with your other lock. Most people in the city lock inadequately anyway and you only need to beat the next person.
