Exciting game at villa park.
Villa were non existent in the first half, looked out of sorts and toure and fernandinho ran the center of the park and nasri was looking like he was worth the money that they paid for him. When they went 2-1 up thought it was all over. But credit to villa fought back strongly and kept it super tight at the top. Where we are still second!
Managed to watch bits of the second half of spurs v Chelsea and we were under the cosh but for some reason I didn't expect Chelsea to score. Feels like we won't buckle under the pressure nowadays.
Not the result I was looking for but it shows even at this early stage and some confidence boosting wins against weak European opposition that the team still has room to grow, Soldado hasn't shown much, and I'm still waiting for us to have a really explosive game where we look menacing from beginning to end. But the signs are good.
