Not sure if this has been covered, but I think I have just been scammed, paid via goods payment, but was worried what happens if the guy withdraws the money then closes his account. Spoke to PayPal and they put my mind at ease.
As soon as you raise a dispute, PayPal freeze the money in the sellers account and hold it in escrow until resolution is reached. So if you ever get a bad feeling on a deal, raise a dispute ASAP as the seller can't closed their account or withdraw the funds once youve done so.
