Poor lady, what a terrible outcome. I heard the vehicle had completed a delivery at a crossrail site, which probably means it was one of safer lorries on the road with all the sensors and extra mirrors. How can a lorry driver look in all the mirrors and through all the windows, and pay attention to all the sensors buzzing while watching out for every one of us going around them from all angles? All us road users need to find harmony one way or the other, finger pointing has never helped us or them, people still die.
