Possibly- I'm not going to go that route though.
What is interesting is that it shows they have the tube- I have asked them if they would send the tube to Talbot for Matt to perform the repair.
They quoted $417.20 for the seat tube replacement, with $56 for examining it and $75 for getting the paint off.
