Thanks Hats, in a fair bit more pain today, need to get to the doctor and to the V&A to ask for footage, any idea how long they actually keep it for as I'm really busy this week.

What did he think would happen when he called the police? I hope he is convicted. I'm sure he'll see it as terrible injustice though.

I have no idea what he was thinking, I doubt he thought much.

Quite possibly he was acting in rage, but nevertheless he must have thought about it at the time and felt that his actions were somehow justified. Why else would he call the police...

I'm not sure if he can claim he was acting in rage when he hit me with the car because this was at least 20 minutes after his car was tapped.

He absolutely deserves to be charged for this. Deliberately bashing into someone with a big metal weapon and running someone off the road because you're annoyed with what you think they've done is total cuntishness.
