Since injuring my foot 4 weeks agoo I've fallen off the wagon quite badly, but have resolved to be better this week, I'm not sure what training I can do, although weights and swimming are both fine, so I do have some options!
I've put on some weight although not as much as I probably deserve to have! Back on it this week and hopefully I can get myself back on track.
