Doing them daily, + before and after the run. I've had sore calfs after my last three runs, so it could be due to lack of exercise the two weeks before, and the lack of other kind of exercise the last three weeks. Skint so will see how it goes next weekend, fingers crossed they'll htfu and get on with it
