Dropped my 5km Parkrun PB by another 20 seconds today.. now officially in the 20 minute somthing club. Might transfer over to dulwich which is pan flat and have a crack at doing a sub 20 but don't want to push it and pickup an injury like every other year.
Running is a hell of alot more fun when your improving and moving fast!
