The problem with older frames is that it's hard to find geometry info, so most of my searching so far has been restricted to modern models whose geometry charts are readily available.
Older frames have fairly standard geos, so it's easy to backsolve stack and reach from tt and st measurements and angles. I'm sure there's an applet like that stem angle one that will do it for you - BikeCad or similar.
