I'd be up for this Friday but alas I'm on daddy duties.

So I'm back in town Saturday afternoon, until Monday afternoon. I may be heading out for a ride with a roadie friend on Sunday - anyone interested?

I'll be cheating again. I usually leave Norwich at 1am and ride straight down the A140 until I see the never ending ending stream of bike lights crossing the road.
Its 105 miles in total; 37 miles of A140, 30 miles of Dynamo, and 37 miles back to Norwich.

I have planned a slightly different route back to Norwich than Sparky, it's the most traffic free route bearing in mind Latitude festival is on.

What's your route? I just dragged a quick line in Bikely that avoided A roads - no great thought went into it.

I was hoping to join you Benj, but alas I think I'm not going to make it. It's my daughters 5th birthday party that Saturday and I'm going to be cream crackered by the night time. Not the best time to be doing an allnighter.

Are you all going from Norwich? I have found some of what I believe to be old norwichers down here that are doing it.

Want to start putting in a few more miles on the bike anyone know of any good routes around the Norwich area?

Cromer. Nice ~30 miles on quiet roads and when you get there you can have chips and ice cream and get the train back. Or ride back.

Anyone up for a ride this week but on Thursday rather than Friday? Maybe include a pub stop as well to make it a Beers combo ride?

I haven't really done a decent (non commuting) ride sine the Norwich 100 so up for this.

Might be up for that. I want to try out my new shoes, but it jus doesn't feel right drinking beers and riding a road bike.
